Sunday, January 22, 2006 Yay! Its done!!
Yup! I stayed up to finish it since i had the mood :D Here's it...
 If you can't already tell what's it supposed to be, its a rose. Yup yup, the piece which is the hardest by far. Took me ages to complete and practically destroyed my set of pencils. Okok personally i think the flower's ok, but the background is kinda sloppy.. especially the left side's shading which is so defined that it can't even count as shading -_- And also, there's that 1 portion on the flower which looks odd. Sigh, guess its NOT as good as i wanted it to be.

Memoirs Of A Geisha
Yup, watched the movie today with Elwin, Phoebe and Edwin. Met Humphrey in the afternoon at about 3pm to play pool. Played and hung out with him till like 6pm, then went to purchase the tickets for the show. 8.20pm first row :(
Anyways, the show was good, but there wasn't really a plot, as in the show was just same tone throughout. But nonetheless, its still a very good movie! Saw the trailers for The DaVinci Code which shows in May. Can't wait for it!! Anyways, the show ended at like 10.55pm and we immediately headed for home. Took train and bus, reached home at about 11.45pm. Was slightly concerned for Phoebe as she's like all alone and will reach home even later as she stays further. Naw, she'll be alright, considering she's so small size AND she's wearing all black. LOL woulda be hard to spot eh? Something else that I've been thinking about... Somebody said I'm self-centered and since then I've been pondering and reflecting. Am i really that self-centered? Been looking back on my actions for the past few months and i realised that I've indeed acted a self-centered snob at times. No doubt i tend to get carried away with the sarcasm but I can't really help it as its sorta "inbuild" thing hehe. Okok, I'm indeed self-centered at times and I'll try to change that. Hopefully then people will change their opinion about me. But if u need someone to spout sarcasm do ring me up! Hehex =p

Friday, January 20, 2006 Piece #2
Here it is..
There! Just finished it a few minutes ago. To tell the truth, i kinda hate it cos i think its really badly done. From the huge painting to the light ray(yes, the triangle at the bottom left is supposed to be a light ray cutting across the floor), its all badly done. I guess i just don't have the technique right yet. Will be starting on 3rd piece soon. It's gonna be a rose. Stay tuned for it! (:

Post LEAP camp
Haven updated for quite a long while already. Juz got back from LEAP camp, really really tired and shagged, but HEY! It was really a new experience.
First Day : Reported to school in SRJCian Day tee and new track pants(olive green) which i juz bought the day b4. Wore my windbreaker/raincoat/sleeping mat too, and it's green too!! So the whole combination's pretty matching la! Hahax. Did the usual morning stuff(assembly, talks), den joined my camp group. Our class was divided into 2 groups and i was in the 2nd group, which was the minority. Anyways, it so happened couple of people First on the agenda was The Quest. We started at Marina Park and made our way all over Singapore, earning points for the quest and credits(cash) for our transport/food. It was really an "amazing race". Some memorable things were scrimping on $0.70/plate fried bee hoon for lunch cos we couldn't "afford" anything more and of course, Mr Ang treating the whole class to drinks(So nice!!). Endpoint of The Quest was at Changi jetty. Here, we took bumboats to Pulau Ubin and it was really great fun even with mosquitos already attacking and seaspray drenching us. Upon reaching Ubin, had another briefing and we moved out towards our campsite at Nordin beach which was like 45 mins hike. We decided against taking the main route as Colin said it was "longer" and instead took a dirt trail that he guaranteed was shorter. It was pretty creepy as night was falling and the dirt trail was through the forest. Finally reached there and there were like only 2 teams there. Pitched our tents and ate dinner( army food rations!) and had another briefing for the nightwalk. The nightwalk was SOOO creepy, we had a brush wif the netherworld can? There were 5 checkpoints to pass through. The first checkpoint was normal, but the second checkpoint was.. abnormal. The darkness was funny, the place was too quiet, and the whole place felt wrong. I found out later that a couple of people had felt "things" and Justine had heard someone breathing in her ear(Its over Tine! Dun brood over it ya?!). Besides that, the rest of the walk was pretty okay, though we did had a little scare over a persistant cat. Reached camp at about 11+ and after a short de-brief, went to the tents as we were all really tired out. Second Day: Woke up at 5.20am feeling really fresh. I guess the previous night's excitement and the "night-talk" didn't had much impact. Went to wash up and started packing up as we had to leave the place by 7. Hiked back to the jetty(groan.) and took bumboats(whee) back to Changi. Had breakfast(bread and soya milk) while waiting for the coaches to arrive. When it finally did, all of us boarded eagerly and there was quite a bustle. It quietened down though as quite alot of people dozed off(me too). Woke up when the bus was at Sentosa already. Nothing much today as we were waaaaaay behind schedule. Went to Palawan beach and basically spent the afternoon there interacting with the class and Mas. Left at late afternoon back to school by coach again and this time, everyone slept nearly right at the beginning. Woke up and we were in school already. After a considerably long de-brief with cheers, presentations, thank-yous and whatnots, finally left school for home tired but happy. The camp was really great fun and a whole new experience. However, the lack of potable water and facilities for baths un-nerved me somewhat. Oh heck, one can't ask for everything. Now its back to preparing for A's. Sigh.

Monday, January 16, 2006 Mundane.
Nothing much to blog about actually. Today was juz a usual, typical, boring, mundane day. Had lessons till 5.30pm, longest day of the week.
Lolz, really nothing to blog about, my mind's too occupied to think of anything. Thinking about.. like Maths Further Curves tut, how to continue my drawing.. about er.. someone. Bleah, guess thats it. LOLz. My 2nd drawing is on route! Will post it here once I'm done.

Today was CCA recruitment day, but i didnt' go. Came home instead to rush the design for Science Club tee. Here's it..
Yea okok I noe, as Edwin said, its a Matrix rip off. But Randy wanted it that way, so I guess its that way for now. Ok work's done, i guess i gotta go do some work. Sigh, no time to fix my previous space scape piece. Bleah.

Tuesday, January 10, 2006 Long Gone
Been missing for awhile. Too lazy to get my fat ass over here to start blogging. Hehex. Today's Hari Raya Haji, so its public holiday whee! To tell the truth, kinda wasted my entire day today. Lolz.
Woke up at like 10am and went through the usual wash-up routine and immediately turned on the computer after that. Spent practically the entire day on Adobe Photoshop CS, was trying to brush up my spacescape creation skills. Boy was it hard, after like 10 hours all i got was....
Shite, the price to pay for doing it is that i didn't start on any of my homework. And i got tons of them! -__-" Sheesh, gotta start NOW! P.S. Weather suxs

Wednesday, January 04, 2006 Missing In Action!! WAS
Yup, haven't been blogging for awhile already. Been rushing homework and getting school stuffs settled out recently, didn't really have time (:
Today's 2nd day of school already and i guess school started without any big hoohaas or anything. Got extensions of most of the homeworks, but still.. the homework for some subjects are still pretty dire, like GP. Got 4 essay outlines and 1 essay to do (due on Friday) but i haven't really started on them yet, nor have the intention to start. Today was an early day, finished at 1pm. Actually intended to camp out at the school's air-conditioned study area to rush more homework, but really couldn't stomach it Lolz. So after a short jaunt at Heartland Mall for dinner and to purchase a new notebook, went home. Played DotA for awhile and went down for a jog at about 6pm. It was drizzling quite heavily but still managed to run 2 laps. Went to buy dinner for meself and my sister at the nearby coffee shop and met Aarti! Didn't really say much though, just exchanged a few sentences then we were both on our way. Lol. Had quite a spread for dinner and unintentionally fell asleep. Woke up at about 9.15pm and now my bio-clock is all screwed up. Sheesh. Gotta stay up later to compensate for the time spent on sleeping now. T.T
